Kung Fu and ADD
Pediatricians have recommended the Kung Fu style of martial arts
training to help ADD
behavior. Unlike the aggressive techniques demonstrated in other
styles of martial
arts. Sifu Rick Panico (LPN since 1984) has been teaching and
assisting
ADD children with great success since 1994. Many parents have
praised the
results of their
children's progress including improved concentration, improved grades,
more
consistent
behavior, and a great improvement in self-esteem.
Educational Programs
Sifu Panico has experience teaching educational programs to children in
elementary and middle schools. The program consists of Chinese
culture as related to kung fu and the Lion Dance. School systems
he has worked with
include Alexander Co., Iredell/Statesville, Mooresville, Davidson,
Winston Salem, Lexington, Newton, Mount Airy, etc.
